Truthful Work ombudsman investigating troubled NZ builder over delays

The Truthful Work ombudsman has launched an investigation right into a troubled Auckland constructing firm.

One such would-be home-owner is Richard Hamilton, who signed a contract with Nicheliving in 2020 over a property within the southern Auckland suburb of Orelia.

Simply over a month away from 2024, and his property stands half-completed.

“I’m in vital monetary stress,” Mr Hamilton advised 9 Information.
